The blast of cold air that follows the Dec. 11-13 big snow storm could be even colder than the current Arctic blast with a whole new round of intense lake-effect snow. Potent storms arrive on a regular basis form the Pacific and could spread snow over more of the Northwest, Midwest, South and East than now present.
