No – We are making this feature available for every customer with a SIGNATURE thermostat; past, present, or future.
Does this mean customers don’t need to program their SIGNATURE thermostat(s) anymore?
We still recommend customers enter a program into their Signature thermostat(s). Think of the Nest intelligence as complementing the program in your customers’ SIGNATURE thermostat.
Can customers program their SIGNATURE thermostat(s) through the Nest?
No – programming is still performed on the SIGNATURE thermostat(s).
How do they set up SIGNATURE Works With Nest?

How many SIGNATURE thermostats can be connected to the Nest?
Customers can connect up to 16 SIGNATURE thermostats to a single Nest thermostat.
Can the SIGNATURE connect to other home automation systems such as Crestron, Control4, etc?
We are currently focused on the Works With Nest integration. We will look at integrations with other homeautomation systems in the coming months.
