BriskHeat® full-coverage drum heaters are all-in-one drum heaters with built-in insulation and a digital temperature controller to maximize heat efficiency and heat-up time.

Full-Coverage drum heaters combine the convenience of quick heat-up time and the precision of a digital controller to provide you with the most practical, efficient means of freeze protection, viscosity control, and maintenance of materials at elevated temperatures.

Designed to wrap around a drum and heat the contents while insulating to keep the heat exactly where it needs to be.

Easy-to-use digital temperature controller.

Models designed for use with metal or poly drums.

Dual-Zone drum heater is designed to output maximum heat to quickly melt heavy viscous materials like molasses, syrups, etc.

Grounded heating element meets NEC 427.23.

Wide range of applications include, Viscosity control, Freeze protection, Temperature maintenance, Melting of solids, Heat-up drum contents to a required temperature, Thermal mixing.
