An interesting and well done forecast. It would be a very damaging winter in what we call the “Zone of Roof Ice Dams” where people use Roof and Gutter Heating Cable which is MA, NH, NY, NJ, CT, DE, etc. And after the last mild winter, so far NOBODY is preparing by purchasing roof heat cable. They have long since forgotten the brutal winters before last, hopefully not until it is too late.
